Students in grades Kindergarten through Grade 8 will be performing in Saint Adalbert Catholic Academy’s Spring Concert. This year’s show will be held on Thursday June 2 at 6:30pm in the Gym.

Arrival

On the night of the concert, all students are to report to the 83rd Street Main Building Door school at the arrival times listed below, dressed in their concert attire. Homeroom teachers will be chaperoning their class until their performance time, which will be approximately 20 minutes after arrival.

Seating in the Gym

Due to limited seating in the Gym, there will be a preferred seating section in the front for the parents of the performing class. During each transition, an announcement will be made to allow the parents from the next class to come forward. We ask that the parents from the previous class to exit to their right and allow space for the next parents to sit. Additional family members may attend, but they must sit towards the back or stand if there is no preferred seating available in the front section. Parents and family members should arrive through the school yard ramp door and exit out the side Gym door, next to the stage. Signs will be posted.

Dismissal

Parents and family members are allowed to leave after their child is finished performing. Students will be picked up in the Main Office after their performance. Students with siblings performing later in the show will stay in the Teacher’s Lounge unless they are picked up by the parent to return to the Gym.

Dress

Ms. Connolly has worked with each class to prepare a costume/dress-up list for the performance. The descriptions are attached here in a PDF listing.
