FACTS Student Information System (SIS) Parent Account

The Diocese has replaced OptionC with FACTS SIS. Please see these steps for creating your own account. In simplest terms:

1)go to FACTSmgt.com 2) Click on Parent Portal (upper right hand corner)

3) Type the School’s District Code STAD-NY

4) Click “Create New Family Portal Account” Use the email address you used when registering or in OptionC

Complete this form only if you DO NOT want to have your student photographed in specific categories. If you do not complete the form, your student will be Opted-In for all categories.
