January Announcements

Updated: Jan 21, 2022

1/21/2022

Rapid Test Kits will be going home with students on Monday, along with a letter (which will be posted on the website). The Diocese will adapt a Test to Stay in School policy which will limit the impact of COVID exposures and Close Contacts going forward.

Please see the updated COVID guidelines provided by the Diocese. I know it can seem a bit verbose and confusing, so please feel free to ask if you have any questions (tmorris@diobrook.org) .

Teachers will be sending home books with students today and tomorrow regarding the possibility of going remote after Christmas Break. This is out of precaution only as the City and Diocese may make a ruling which we would have to follow.

We are aware of the # of working families that are extremely challenged by Remote Learning and are open to the possibility of offering a hybrid model for those 5 days, giving families the option of sending in their students or keeping them remote. More information on a decision and this possibility will be provided on December 31.

Here’s a sneak peek at our Christmas Boutique where students can get gifts for everyone on their list! Items range from $1 to $9. The Boutique will be open Mon 12/13 & Tues 12/14 during school. https://youtu.be/SrfsaT16cZ8

Also, GUT Card Stocking Stuffers will be on sale in the Main Office. The cards are $5 each or you can buy a set of 5 for $20. Stop by the Main Office or send in an envelope labeled "GUT Cards"
