Strategic Planning – Committee Task Force Meeting Thursday June 20 at 7pm in the Cafeteria

We will meet again on Thursday June 20 at 7pm in the Cafeteria. Everyone who signed up for a Task Force Committee was invited to attend. If anyone else is interested in attending, please stop by. The meeting will consist of a short review of the initial presentation, an overview of each committee, and then time for committees to break up and work on a task. Mr. Morris will be leading the presentation and facilitating the activities.

The process involves the formation of a 12-member committee that include the principal, board chair, and two members leading committees in the following 5 domains:

*Academics

*Catholic Identity

*Finance

*Governance & Leadership

*Marketing & Enrollment
